Mission Statement
Vision Statement:

The Employment Help Centre will be a leader in developing and delivering programs and ongoing services necessary to meet the employment needs of its communities.

Mission Statement:
 
The Employment Help Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and groups in its communities to identify and achieve their employment goals.

Through accessibility to programs, partnerships and mentorships, the Employment Help Centre will:

Assist individuals who require job placement and/or career guidance through appropriate interventions. Programs and services include job referrals, needs assessments, job search techniques, labour market information, training and material support.
Assist groups such as older workers, those in the agricultural sector, Francophones, Internationally Trained Professionals (including medical doctors), disadvantaged and those adversely affected by business changes.
Assist employers who require employment-related services and training such as recruitment assistance, financial hiring incentives and educational workshops.
To that end the Employment Help Centre will work with public and private funding partners to meet their needs and funding criteria by developing and delivering projects appropriate to the communities.
