We will endeavour to provide the best customer service and resources possible.
Our staff is committed to working in partnership with our community.
We encourage individuals utilizing our agency services to provide us with feedback regarding the quality of service provided by all of our staff.
Our services are client driven and therefore you are encouraged to communicate your suggestions or comments by filling out an agency survey.
Surveys are available in the main reception area.Completed forms are to be directed to the Management for review.Any suggestions or complaints regarding our service will be followed up within two working days.It is important that you include your name and a telephone number where you can be reached so that you can be contacted.
