During the first-round interview, the recruiter will do an assessment of customer service skills, computer and keyboarding skills. Selected candidates will then go through a second-round interview at a later date.
Staff who are selected will undergo seven weeks of training. Once they are on the floor, they are eligible for incentives, competitive wages and benefits.
