The Province of Ontario: Ontario Women’s Directorate and the United Way of St. Catharines presents:
Introduction to Hospitality Certificate Program
- WHEN: March 8 to 12, 2010
- WHERE: The Employment Help Centre, 122 Queenston Street, St. Catharines, ON
Professional Restaurant Server and Etiquette Certificate Program
- WHEN: March 29 to April 30, 2010
- WHERE: Four Points by Sheraton, Thorold, ON
- Includes a work placement
Professional Banquet Server Certification Program
- WHEN: May 10 to June 4, 2010
- ORIENTATION SESSIONS: April 8 and 13, 2010 at 10:00 am
All programs run Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm and include: Hands-on Instruction, Job Search Preparation, Guest Speaker(s), Field Trip, along with Smart Serve, Safe Food and WHMIS Certification.
Administration subsidy, childcare and transportation costs available for those who qualify. Limited funded seats available.
All programs are for women, unemployed or employed part-time, and 19 years of age or older.
