
The Safe Food Handling 2-day program (9:30am – 3:30pm both days) is designed to provide information on the general principles of food safety, including Public Health legislation, hazards, food borne illnesses, healthy eating, personal hygiene and sanitation. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the program.
