A local design/sign shop in Beamsville is looking to hire a part time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Input A/R & A/P data
- Maintain WSIB data and payments, along with source deduction requirements
- Assign expenses to projects; organize project cost and profitability
- Assist in answering phones and emails as required
This position will likely evolve to include more office tasks.

- Bookkeeping Certificate or minimum of one year experience with Quickbooks
