Order Desk and Inside Sales Specialist – #7959 -A

• Quoting and processing orders for customers
• Answering customers’ inquiries by telephone or email
• Assisting customers with product inventory and pricing
• Maintain customer relationships and provide customer service
• Preparing courier shipments, arranging couriers (lifting 16kg continuously)
• Proficient in Microsoft office and able to learn customized software
• Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales
• Miscellaneous office duties

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (preparing excel, outlook, word)
• Post-secondary education required
• Practical office experience is required
• Knowledge of basic math is required
• Previous industrial customer service/sales experience is preferred
• Must be accurate and attention to detail
• Previous Marketing experience preferred
• Outgoing, willing to help wherever needed in a small office experience
• Available to work a minimum of 20 – 24 hours per week
