ER Home Healthcare is seeking Home Support Workers. This position offers full time hours up to 44 hours per week and optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis. Start date is as soon as possible.
Duties:
- Provide assistance in transferring from bed to wheelchair to walker
- Provide personal care and companionship
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Assist with prescribed exercise by the physiotherapist
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- One to two years of home support work experience
- Criminal record check
- Be physically capable of performing duties
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, running, repetitive tasks. Bending, crouching, kneeling; physically demanding
