• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Take orders and relay to kitchen staff
• Serve customers food & beverage choices
• Prepare bills and take payment
• Train new staff and offer support and assistance when needed
• Adhere to all Smart Serve policies and procedures
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean and checked regularly to confirm in working order
• Other duties as required

• Smart Serve certificate an asset
• Previous serving experience
• Able to stand for an extended period of time while working in a fast paced environment
• A team player
