Walters Excavators Ltd.

Walters Excavators Ltd. is hiring!  We are a small construction company located in Beamsville looking for Labourers, GPS Surveyor and Operators. These positions offer full time hours. Benefits after 3 months. Some out of town work may be required.

Duties:

Labourers – starting wage $16.00/ hour and up depending on experience

  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work in and out of trenches
  • Possibly drive rock trucks and rollers
  • Flagging
  • Laying pipe
  • Physical labour

GPS surveyor - starting wage $23.00/hour and up depending on experience

  • Layout work
  • Lazor experience
  • Computer CAD file experience

Operators - starting wage $24.00/hour and up depending on experience

  • Safely operate Backhoe, Dozers, Excavators
Requirements:
  • All candidates must have a valid Driver's licence to get to work each day ( we work locally; Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catharines) with some out of town work
  • Health & Safety training
  • WHMIS training
  • AODA training
  • Must have or be willing to obtain: Fall Arrest, Confined Space, Traffic Control, Trenching
