Positions, Duties and Responsibilities:
Resource / Information Assistant: Photocopy and send faxes for clients and co-workers Refer clients to information advisor Assist clients with computer needs Research and compile information as requested by staff Maintain office equipment i.e.: client printer and fax machine Monitor client use of computers and ensure lab policy is adhered to Ensure resource area is tidy and appealing to clients Clean computers after each client use and resource area at the end of the day Other duties as required by staff
Administrative Assistant: Answer telephone and respond to questions directed from clients Photocopy and / or fax client information Other duties requested by staff
