Testimonials

The Employment Help Centre assisted me over the time I spent with them honing and refining of my resume approach to jobs and the need to be very custom to each and every posting. I found the advice extremely helpful and was able to reach my goal of employment within what I thought was a reasonable amount of time. I was able to take this precise approach in customized resume, specific cover letter, interview preparation on company and history, interview, follow-up and closure to a job offer.

I will never forget the help you and everyone with EHC gave me. It may have been more of a confidence issue than a skills issue, but you recognized that, and it was exactly the boost I needed.

I was entering back into the workforce after being off for a year with my first child and I wanted a job that was closer to home.   After many months of applying for jobs online I was becoming frustrated with the lack of response I was getting.  I was recommended to the Employment Help Centre.  My first meeting with Kathy was great, her positive attitude made me feel confident about my abilities.  She helped me brush up on job searching skills, and worked with me to bring my cover letter and resume up to date.   Next I met with Kristen, who was also great.  She placed me with my current employer and I couldn’t be happier.  Any time I hear someone say they are looking for a job I always tell them to check out the Employment Help Centre.  The Grimsby Office has a wonderful team, their commitment and dedication is making a big impact on people lives.
