The Wellness Coordinator will be working alongside Dr. Colin Crawford to coordinate patient care and help this clinic be a positive and welcoming clinic atmosphere.

The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours that may include mornings starting as early as 7:00 am, evenings ending at 8:00 pm.
Clinic hours are as follows:
Monday and Wednesday 7:30am - 2pm
Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 2pm 4:30pm - 7:30pm
