Crown Plumbing is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to help with Bookkeeping and act as an Office Clerk.
This position offered 25 hours per week: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Receive and forward telephone and / or electronic inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually and electronically
- Prepare work orders, invoices and record in accounts payable / accounts receivable electronically
- Type correspondence and other documents as required
- Complete weekly payroll, processing cheques for employees and reporting to the Canada Revenue Agency
- Make up bank deposits and complete month bank reconciliation reports
- Other duties as required within the scope of the job
- Completion of high school
- 2-3 years experience with accounting and / or in a similar role
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- Must have experience working in accounting software including Quickbooks and Sage
