Dean’s No Frills in Beamsville is currently looking for a full time Grocery Clerk to join their local team. Interested candidates should be available days, evenings and nights including weekends.
Duties:
- Support the Owner in the delivery of consistent and high-quality customer service
- Assist in delegation and prioritize workflow for staff
- Assist the Owner/Associate/Dept. manager to create, build and maintain displays
- Assist and help to analyze and react to inventory planning while maintaining proper inventory levels and minimize shrink
- Ensure proper product rotation as required
- Ensure pricing integrity by assisting in price changes and scan log procedures
- Assist in planogram execution and implementation
- Work with Department manager on implementing plans for OSAT improvement based on store survey feedback
- Accountability for entire store in the absence of the Franchisee/Associate Manager
- Other duties as responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Availability Requirements: Unrestricted (Days, evenings and nights including weekends will be required)
- Ability to work with minimal functional direction
- Lift truck license an asset
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and active listening
- Strong knowledge of store systems an asset (BOSS, SAP, POG)
