DUTIES
● Perform all tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
● Prioritize tasks, be flexible and react quickly to shifting priorities
● Perform other teamwork tasks as required by your manager
● Prepare each recipe to East Side Mario’s specification with no deviation
● Monitor and minimize waste through your attention to detail and flawless execution
● Only use quality ingredients - inform your manager of any deficiencies
● Always do your part to deliver on our AYCE promise
● Perform all opening, closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
● Maintain a high level of organization and sanitation in all work areas at all times
● Take pride when preparing recipes, ensuring each dish is picture perfect
● Prepare and package Off Premise orders to specification and with attention to detail
● Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge when coordinating cooking times for each
recipe according to East Side Mario’s specifications
● Strive to always improve your skills and know when to ask for assistance
● Participate in all contests and challenges where applicable
COMPLIANCE
● Complete RU Game Learning Path in a timely manner
● Complete RU Game Daily Questions every shift
● Follow all policies, procedures, systems and standards including:
Liquor laws, Health and Safety, Food Safety and House Policies
● Use the required personal protective equipment when applicable
● Attend all meetings: General Staff and Alley Rallies
APPEARANCE AND CONDUCT
● Treat co-workers and managers with respect at all times
● Maintain a positive attitude, and your composure, even when under pressure
● Act in a self-directed manner. Look for solutions to issues
● Assist in other areas or with BOH priority tasks when required
● Adhere to uniform requirements. Maintain good personal hygiene
