Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, you will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs.
● Providing a selection of products for customers to choose.
● Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice.
● Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries.
● Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place.
● Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts.
● Store opening and closing duties.
● Promoting store sales.
● Working with team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.
● Assisting in digital product photography.
● Learning and understanding our in-depth digital point of sales system.
Qualifications Needed!
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT
● Previous jewellery experience would be an asset.
● A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic.
● A strong desire to learn, not just sales, but other aspects of our business.
● Ability to learn products in a reasonable time.
● Tech savvy.
● Exceptional communication and time management.
● Proven experience in a team-based environment.
● Commitment to a “customer first” philosophy!
As a sales Associate you will be required to work a variety of days and shifts including Saturdays.
