Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, inspect, and maintain commercial and residential propane and natural gas HVAC equipment.
- Travel throughout the Golden Horseshoe area to perform regular maintenance, system overhauls, and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on heating systems and gas lines to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Adhere strictly to provincial gas codes, safety regulations, and company standard operating procedures on every job site.
- Interact directly with clients in a professional, clear, and courteous manner, explaining technical recommendations as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid G1 or G2 gas license (LP, Sheet Metal Worker, A/C licenses would be an asset)
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in servicing and installing propane/natural gas equipment preferred.
- Transportation: reliable transportation to shop/occasionally to job sites
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Benefits: Benefits package available after 6 months of full-time employment
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $40.00 / hour to start depending on license & experience
