Client & Volunteer Services Coordinator #9017
Website Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers
Make a meaningful difference—one connection at a time.
At Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers, compassionate people come together to support individuals and families living with life-limiting or progressive conditions throughout West Niagara.
We’re looking for a Client & Volunteer Services Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and sound judgment.
If you’re someone who thrives on meaningful relationships, enjoys bringing people together, and wants your work to have a tangible impact in the community, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Client & Volunteer Services Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in coordinating the people and programs that make Rose Cottage’s work possible.
Working closely with our Executive Director, the other Coordinator, volunteers, clients, families, healthcare professionals and community partners, you’ll help ensure people receive compassionate, responsive and high-quality hospice support in the community.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role with plenty of variety. Your days may include supporting a new client and family, matching a volunteer with a client, coaching a volunteer through a challenging situation, coordinating a community program, welcoming new volunteers, or connecting families with bereavement resources.
You’ll work independently while being part of a collaborative team committed to continuity, dignity and exceptional service.
You’ll help create the connections that make compassionate community-based care possible.
You’ll support volunteers who give their time and hearts to others. You’ll help families navigate difficult transitions. You’ll connect people with support when they need it most. And you’ll contribute to a community organization where every relationship matters.
If you’re organized, compassionate, resourceful and motivated by meaningful work, come help us make a difference at Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers.
