Skyline Contracting is hiring an experienced Service Foreman in Caistor Centre, ON. The Service Foreman will oversee and coordinate the activities of Service Technicians across various job sites, typically within an hour of Skyline’s headquarters with a company truck and trailer. Reporting directly to the Service Superintendent, the role requires strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of various trades within the roofing industry, and a commitment to high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:
• Project Management: Ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Superintendent on estimates, using detailed information gathered from job sites.
• Leadership: Leading the team effectively, managing project timelines, and interacting with customers.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in roofing systems (flat, metal, shingle, and tile) and exterior envelope components (siding, soffit, fascia, sealants, venting, and eavestroughs).
• Problem-Solving: Diagnosing issues, implementing long-term solutions, and maintaining attention to detail.
• Strategic Thinking: Anticipating potential issues and optimizing resources for smooth project execution.

• Valid G Licence
• Reliable transportation
Expected hours: 44 per week
