As a full-time, work-from-home, bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will work with our incredible Roadside Assistance team to quickly and efficiently dispatch roadside assistance services to our members in difficult and stressful situations. They may be stranded on a busy highway, in the middle of an intersection, or alone late at night in an empty parking lot.
With empathy, reassurance, and a sense of urgency, you will ensure they are safe, determine their exact location using mapping software, and quickly dispatch an authorized service provider to assist them. Your calm, soothing voice and positive attitude make all the difference, and their gratitude is your reward.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You currently reside in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- You must have at least three (3) months of professional experience in the field of customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding of google maps or similar programs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, evenings and weekends.
- Problem solving, empathy, adaptability and reliability. A desk, a comfortable chair, access to a quiet workspace at home, high-speed internet and the ability to connect your internet modem to the equipment we provide.
- Tower, Mouse and keyboard provided. Candidates supply monitor and noise counseling headset
