Main responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Understand and aim to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through voice, empathy and helpful solutions.
Continuing education and skills developmentQualifications - Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multitask and navigate screens effectively while assisting the customer.
- Must be over 18 years old
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must pass a background check.
