What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal files from intake through completion, including:
· Client consultations and relationship management
· Legal research and analysis
· Drafting and reviewing legal documents
· Managing transactions and files
· File administration and organization
· Billing and practice management
· Business development and community engagement
· Collaboration with support staff and colleagues

The successful candidate will possess:
· Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

· Sound professional judgment
· An entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience
The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing files, client relationships, and day-to-day practice responsibilities with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess:
· A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Real Estate and/or Wills & Estates law
· The ability to independently manage files and client relationships
· Experience handling matters from inception through completion
· Strong relationship-building skills with clients, referral sources, and community partners

Candidates with an established practice, referral network, or existing client relationships are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation
