We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a fast paced and busy law firm in the Niagara Region.
We specialize in the practice areas of: Real Estate, Family, Criminal, Corporate, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Wills & Estates.
We are now looking for a dynamic personality to handle the day to day management of the office, including but not limited to: greeting clients, answering and redirecting phone calls, opening files, creating invoices, processing accounts payables, ordering office supplies, payroll entry, bookkeeping, etc. Full training can be provided to the right candidate.
Qualifications sought:
- 1-2 Years of Receptionist/Legal Assistant experience is an asset
- Clear and Articulate Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to Detail and Ability to work with deadlines
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Part-time hours available: 14 - 25 per week
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Law firm: 1 year (preferred)
