A busy, local farm in Lincoln is looking for a reputable DZ driver to fill an immediate part time opportunity.
This position offers 20 – 30 hours per week with local deliveries and long haul deliveries.
Local deliveries are paid hourly, long haul deliveries are paid per trip.
Duties:
- Local and long haul deliveries
- Load and unload inventory
- Operate hand jack / pallet mover
- Perform pre and post trip truck inspections
- Maintain truck and equipment
- Complete required documentation for deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid DZ Licence with clean driving abstract
- Previous experience as a DZ Driver preferred
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (sitting, lifting, bending)
- Able to lift 30-35 lbs
- Professional manner; excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
