2Gals Pro Painting in West Lincoln is growing and looking for an Office Administrator to assist with the increase in business. This position would start off as part time 4 hours per day Monday to Friday, and would increase over time.
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Post advertisements online and in print
- Contact contractors and builders to set sales appointments
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track estimates, job orders, cost analysis, etc.
- Complete payroll and HR duties
- Maintain bookkeeping in Quickbooks
- Place orders with suppliers as required
- Assist with managing of job postings and responses
- Arrange vehicle maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- A post secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration is an asset
- 3-5 years experience in an office environment
- Knowledgeable with payroll and source deductions
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Able to create and maintain a variety of Excel spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven business
- Exceptional organizational skills
