Duties:
As a lead you would be responsible to:
- Manage and supervise approximately 18 - 20 Agents
- Ensure the business is meeting our client service level agreements and metrics
- Ensure the team is provided with the support they need to ensure our people are motivated and satisfied
- Give back to the community supporting local causes and volunteer efforts
Requirements:
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Superior writing skills
- Good computer skills
- Problem solving and escalation management skills
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
- Experience working in a highly productive sales environment
- Digital advertising experience is a plus
- Dedication to continuous improvement and customer service excellence
