Duties:

As a lead you would be responsible to:

  • Manage and supervise approximately 18 - 20 Agents
  • Ensure the business is meeting our client service level agreements and metrics
  • Ensure the team is provided with the support they need to ensure our people are motivated and satisfied
  • Give back to the community supporting local causes and volunteer efforts
Requirements:
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Superior writing skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Problem solving and escalation management skills
  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
  • Experience working in a highly productive sales environment
  • Digital advertising experience is a plus
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and customer service excellence
