Advantage Waste Systems is looking for an experienced Front End Driver to join our waste management team in Grimsby, Ontario. Pay $25.00 – $27.00 hour.

Position Summary:
Garbage Truck Driver, Commercial (Front End Pickup) operation of a modern diesel front loading refuse collection truck equipped to provide collection services on commercial overhead containers. The driver will conduct daily truck safety and maintenance inspections, ensure safe operation of a truck, while driving, loading and unloading at various locations throughout the service area.
- Solid experience/knowledge driving Front End waste trucks
- DZ Commercial drivers’ licence is required and must be maintained
- Safety priority mentality
- Proven record of safe driving performance (Clean Driving record) CVOR
- Reference - Must provide minimum of 3-years past driving history letter
- Capable to work up to 10 hours per day
- Perform effectively and drive accident free
- Effective communication skills to convey information to dispatcher and collection team
- Good work attendance record, routes will be assigned within the Halton – Niagara area
- Available to start asap
