Al's Lube Service

A small garage in the Smithville area is currently seeking a full-time Lube Technician. The ideal candidate should possess a background and passion for working in the automotive industry. This position offers full-time hours working Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12 noon.

Duties:
  • Perform oil changes
  • Perform exhaust work, including welding pipe bending
  • Stock shelves
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience performing oil changes is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and experience operating manual transmission vehicles
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and service
  • Previous welding experience is an asset
  • Motivated and willing to learn; willing to take direction
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanically inclined
