Andy Stieva Trucking is hiring a Truck & Coach Mechanic to care for their fleet of trucks. This position offers full time hours, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Duties:
- Provide full service for trucks and trailers
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
- Inspect and test systems to diagnose, troubleshoot and isolate faults
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components such as fuel systems, air brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems and tires on Commercial transport truck-trailer systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance service such as oil changes, lubrication and tune ups
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
- Must be 310-T Certified
- Able to complete necessary paperwork with attention to detail
- Friendly and respectful attitude
- Good team player
- Motivated and able to work well independently
