A local medical supply company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. This position offers part time hours, 15-20 hours/week. Employer is very flexible with which days and hours are worked.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Processing customer orders; preparing shipping labels and product for shipment
- Contacting potential customers and discussing product
- Managing social media accounts such as FaceBook and Instagram
- Other duties as required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Personable with professional telephone manner
- Previous sales and customer service preferred
- Proficient in use of various computer applications and social media platforms
- Available to start immediately
