Program Office Manager – #6810 – A
A local non profit is seeking a Program Office Manager. This position offers part time hours, up to 25 hours/week. Days of work are Monday to Friday. Hours of work 9am-2pm; some flexibility in hours will be required.
- Provide positive customer service with professional courtesy
- Foster team with support as required to maintain the overall mission and values of the organization
- Provide office administration, organization and management to the Executive Director and extended team members
- Strong administrative skills providing daily monitoring and facilitation of all office management
- Assistance with marketing and management of all programs and services including all social media outlets
- Post-Secondary education in Administration & Office Management preferred
- Advanced computer skills and ability to navigate various data management systems
- Ability to provide flexible working hours to accommodate organizational schedules for program delivery
Hourly wage will be based on experience
