A local, family owned and operated winery is seeking someone with exceptional customer service experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will work as a Retail Associate in the wine shop assisting customers and providing assistance where needed. This position offers part time hours.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Retail wine sales
- Process cash and debit transactions
- Lead wine tours and tastings
- Restock shelves with product
- General maintenance of store
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Previous experience an asset; employer willing to train
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Some lifting of product required
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional and outgoing
