Bert Vis Flooring and Cabinets
A local flooring and cabinet store is hiring a full time Installer to work 45 hours per week.
Duties:
A successful applicant will report to the manager:
- Drive company van to job sites
- Removal of existing flooring when applicable
- Move house contents as needed
- Prep floors as needed
- Install flooring products: Luxury Vinyl Plank, Laminate, Hardwood, Vinyl Sheet, Ceramic Tile
- Install transition strips to adjacent flooring, finishing shoe moldings and/or baseboards as needed
- Follow work order and complete all items listed
Communication:
- Introduce yourself to the customer and communicate with the customer throughout any project
- Communicate and cooperate with coworkers
- Report to management on job progress
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Some flooring installation experience
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to work well with others
- Three month trial period
- Willingness to learn installation of other flooring products
