A local RV Sales & Service centre, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
Hours of work are between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
- Check and manage mail, email, voicemail and text correspondence
- Email and / or scan invoices and receipts to the appropriate person
- Complete BOS and wholesale BOS paperwork for purchased or sold motorhomes
- Create invoices and service work orders
- Accept and process payments
- Source and order parts
- Manage inventory of office supplies; including ordering
- Complete Service Ontario paperwork; and change of ownership
- Create Ads
- Schedule appointments and assistance customers
- Basic Social Media skills; Facebook
- Able to multitask and manage workload
- Demonstrate excellent Customer Service
- Shows attention to detail and care in their work
- Able to communicate effectively with the team
- Reliable and punctual
- Social Media skills are an asset but not required
