Brunswick Cement, is looking to hire general cement labourers and is offering opportunity for advancement and growth; including a potential apprenticeship opportunity . The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who enjoys physical labour and can work with minimal supervision.
Duties:
Aiding in all types of concrete work including but not limited to:
- Forming and finishing
- Curb and gutter, sidewalks and structural pads
- Structural, retaining, abutment, barrier and break walls
- Footings, floors, steps / stairs and ramps & wheelchair access
- Porches, driveways and walkways
- Other duties as assigned for which he / she has received the required training, possesses qualifications and / or is considered competent
Requirements:
- Valid drivers licence
- Physically fit and able to work outside in various weather conditions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to demonstrate safety in the workplace by following and complying with the company's safety policies & procedures
