Cake Queens is a local bakery with over 20 years of experience, specializing in decorative cakes. We are currently looking to fill 2 – 3 part time vacancies, for approximately 20 hours per week (2.5 days, which may include some Saturdays).
Experience is an asset however if you are creative and willing to learn, we are willing to train the right person(s).
Duties:
- Decorate cakes
- Interact with customers; taking orders and making recommendations
- Package orders for pick up or delivery
- Assist with baking a variety of items
- May be required to assist with deliveries (must have a valid driver's licence)
- Process cash, credit and debit transactions
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Creative with an attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Experience an asset
- Reliable to be on time for all scheduled shifts
