Use a state of the art pasta maker, cook based off of a chalkboard menu that changes weekly and expand your skills in a highly creative kitchen that will thrive on a modern kitchen culture. Casa Toscana Cucina, is seeking a staff full of great people who are passionate about Italian Cuisine and providing an authentic true European experience to their customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment
- Monitor stock levels
- Communicate with other staff
- All other jobs as necessary
Requirements:
- Experience an asset but training is available
- Proficient knife skills
- Contribute to a positive learning environment
- Open to new learning experiences
- Be a positive brand ambassador
- Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Flexible schedule to be able to work all shifts and on weekends
