Commercial Cleaning Services based in St. Catharines is looking to fill a part time cleaning position as part of the Enhanced Cleaning process for a company located in Grimsby. This position offers part time hours, Monday to Friday 11am-2pm.
Duties:
- Wipe and dust all furniture, window coverings, door, frames, picture frames, windowsills, handrails, etc.
- Polishes furniture and glass using appropriate cleaning and polishing compounds
- Collect, handle and remove all garbage and waste
- Cleans, service and disinfect restrooms, washrooms and all areas
- Dust, Sweep, vacuum and mop floors, hallways, stairways and entrances
- Replenish supplies and restocking dispensers
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Police Clearance Background check
- Ability to communicate with clients and supervisors orally and through written text in order to fulfill client needs
- Must possess strong attention to detail in order to thoroughly clean facilities
- Ability to stay motivated when completing daily tasks
- A demonstrated commitment to enhancing a safety culture
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Exercise judgement and discretion when in the presence of sensitive client information
