Conversations Cafe is currently hiring Barista/Front Counter Associates. These positions offer part and full time hours. Hours of work are Saturday/Sunday 6:30-9 and Monday – Friday 6:30-10:30. These positions are long term, permanent positions.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and guests
- Prepare customer drink orders ie: coffee, tea, milk shakes etc.
- Food preparation and filling customer orders
- Regular detailed cleaning of front counter and equipment
- Regular cleaning of dining room area
- Stock supplies
- Cashier duties; receive and process cash and debit transactions
- No previous experience necessary; full training is provided
Requirements:
- Safe Food Handling Certification an asset
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Only candidates with full availability including weekends and Sundays
