Conversations Café Coffee Shop, Conference Centre and Youth Zone is currently hiring for Barista / Front Counter Associates to fill multiple openings.
This position will offer flexible work hours, up to 40 hour per week. Work hours will vary from week to week and will include morning, day, afternoon and evening hours 7 days a week.
Candidates must be available to work on weekends.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and guests
- Prepare customer drink orders i.e. coffee, tea and milk shakes etc.
- Food preparation and filling customer orders
- Regular detailed cleaning of front counter and equipment
- Regular cleaning the dining room area
- Stock supplies
- Cashier duties and taking customer orders
Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work all hours during the fall and winter months
- Safe Food Handling Certification an asset
- Smart Serve Certification an asset
No previous experience necessary, full training is provided by employer
