Conversations Café is a local hot spot favourite! We are looking for energetic, outgoing team of Front Counter Servers to provide exceptional service to our customers.
These positions offer full time and part time hours that will continue into the fall. Must have availability to work between the hours of 6:30am-10:30pm Monday through to Saturday.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and guests
- Prepare customer drink orders ie: coffee, tea, milk shakes etc.
- Food preparation and filling customer orders
- Regular detailed cleaning of front counter and equipment
- Maintain dining room area
- Stock supplies
- Cashier duties; receive and process cash and debit transactions
- No previous experience necessary; full training is provided
Requirements:
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Team player
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have full availability - days, evenings, weekends and be able to continue working
- these same hours come the Fall
- Safe Food Handling Certification is required to start
- Training provided for all other courses (Smart Serve; MOL etc)
