Responsibilities:
- Manage phone/email/social media inquiries and occasional walk-ins
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
- Send client proofs, communicate client feedback, update clients on project status and schedule installations
- Update project status in project management software (Monday.com)
- Book consultations & process phone/email orders
- Prepare estimates, invoices and receive payments
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized
- Manage office supplies and coordinate material orders
- Answer office telephone and tend to all inquiries
- Develop and maintain a CRM system within project management software and keep client
files organized - Assist in development of additional systems to increase efficiency of Team
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient with G-Suite, Chrome and Quickbooks 2019 + newer
- Proficient with Microsoft operating systems
- Develop a working knowledge of our products and services to be able to answer basic client questions and requests

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift, 20 to 30 hours per week, opportunity to increase in the future
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours and some remote work time may be discussed
