About The Job:
At Custom Sign Lab you will have something new to work on all the time, including but not limited to:
- Facilitating smooth daily operations within the business
- Corresponding with clients including sending proofs and scheduling installations
- Answering phone calls, emails and assisting walk-ins
- Invoicing finished jobs and following up on accounts receivable
- Inputting expenses
- Update project management software (Monday.com) as necessary
- Developing and maintaining an efficient filing system
About You:
- Effective communicator
- Professional and organized
- Ability to use common computer software packages and online applications
- Outgoing + positive attitude
- Good sense of humour
- Able to work independently
- Good problem solver
What we can offer:
This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working as part of a small team and may need some flexibility in their scheduling. We are offering flexible hours, averaging 3 days per week to start. As your knowledge and industry familiarity develops, this could become a full time position for the right person. If you have the skills and the passion, we want to hear from you. Hourly rate will be $17-$20 per hour depending on experience.
