Cold Food Line Cook – #7774 – S

This individual will be responsible for preparing small gourmet cold food (charcuterie & cheese boards). Designated by the Chef, you will prep your station with the necessary needs to run a busy day for service. This includes preparing and prepping cold menu options, stocking your station, and making gourmet cold food plates. This will also include at times serving the plates to table and assisting with pouring wine flights, wine by the glass, and polishing glasses.
Full time and Part time opportunities are available.
Include/not limited to:
- Clean and sanitizes food preparation areas as per Niagara Health and FEW policies
- Prepares foods to the specifications of the client and adjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies and specific dietary needs
- Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on Chef’s direction
- Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications
- High standard and attention to detail of the artisanal presentation of each plate
- Coordinates daily food supply inventory. Submits order to Chef
- Assists with overlooking, accepting, organizing and putting away of deliveries
- Be able to assist servers when necessary

- Food Handler’s Certified
