Flat Rock Cellars
At Flat Rock Cellars we strive to achieve two things: make great wine and offer an exceptional experience to our guests. Everything we do comes from these two basic principles. As a member of our winery Retail Team you’ll find an infectious sense of fun and a serious love of wine and hospitality.
As a Sales Rockstar, you’ll take on many roles around the winery and beyond. This position requires an individual to be a self-starter who is willing to be flexible and jump into work wherever needed. We are not afraid to ask for help, nor are we afraid to figure things out on our own.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking team players to work with us. Your aim will be to provide a memorable guest experience and wear the FRC logo with pride, whether you’re working in the Tasting Room or representing Flat Rock Cellars off-site at a Farmers Market. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to clearly articulate our story, philosophy, and practices that make us unique.
Wine knowledge is not a pre-requisite, but a passion for learning new things is!
