The Marketing Production Associate is responsible for working together within the marketing department to ensure the accurate and efficient production of all team apparel orders. This individual will help to promote a positive store environment.

Duties:
  • Monitor team email address and respond to customer inquiries
  • Check online stores for new orders
  • Print off all new orders, keep track of last order printed
  • Check for current stock available, create and monitor a list of inventory/apparel needed
  • Work with Order Desk to order inventory
  • Label and allocate in-stock items to the appropriate location (e.g. press or embroidery departments)
  • Check Marketing receiving area for any new shipments
  • Organize and keep track of current inventory
  • Prioritize team orders for completion based on upcoming deadlines
  • Take note of logos necessary for printing and notify the Graphic Designer(s)
  • Learn a basic working knowledge of the Roland CAD printing machine
  • Weed and laminate logos as required
  • Ensure production area is clean and organized
  • Deliver superior customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Determine customer needs and recommend products to meet their needs
  • Stay up to date with promotional events, sales and current products
  • Available to work a variety of hours, which may include mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Assist during fit days by organizing and preparing product(s)
  • Sew name bars and sponsor bars using a sewing machine
  • Assist the Accounting Department with invoicing customers
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Sewing experience is an asset
  • Previous sales experience an asset
  • Familiar with a POS system an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for most of your shift
  • Ability to bend, lift boxes and operate the press machine
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Maintain a professional attitude with customers and fellow employees
