Our work environment includes a modern office setting, casual work attire, on-the-job training and a relaxed atmosphere.
This is a part-time position in a well-established chiropractic clinic.
- Greeting patients and front desk reception.
- Processing patients.
- Billing insurance companies and collecting payments.
- Answering phones.
- Booking follow up appointments.
- Keeping office organized, clean and professional.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Positive work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of responsibilities.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Knowledge of the Jane booking/billing/charting platform is considered an asset.
Workdays are as follows:
Monday 9:00am-12:30pm or 2:30pm-7:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am-12:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm-7:00pm
Friday 8:00am-12:30pm or 2:30pm-6:00pm
You may not be required to work all these hours but could work within the time frames.
