Administrative Assistant/Customer Relations – #4679 -A
A local employer who runs a Financial Services office is looking for a part time, causal Administrative Assistant who will also be responsible for customer relations as well. Typical week is 10hrs in the mornings. Days are flexible.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills and be able to multi task with minimal supervision. Prior experience using Microsoft office and other software use is important and experience within a financial office setting will be considered an asset.
- Greet customers by phone or in person
- Daily use of Microsoft Office and other software
- Answer incoming calls, confirm appointments and return messages
- Data entry
- Open and sort mail
- Other clerical duties as required
- Outgoing with a friendly personality
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with a financial institute may be an asset however the employer is willing to train
