Assistant Office Administrator – #4617 – A
Landscaping company based in Grimsby/Smithville area seeks an individual for an assistance office administrator role. Individual must have sound working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel. Position is part-time/seasonal. Hours are flexible. Experience preferred but not essential. Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Billing
- Payroll
- Company financials; including charts and graphs
- Filing HST and WSIB
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Willing to participate in courses for further learning and training purposes
- Flexible to work part time hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
